Speaking of business planning, don’t wait until year-end to see what’s been happening. Revisit your personal & business objectives vs. actual now. What is it going to take to make your dreams your reality? Are your current goals aligned with what you really want, the evolving market and client needs? Do they still resonate with you? How will you change things up from now until the end of the year? Re-work your plan as needed and make sure to break the goals into small steps forward.

Refresh Your Play
Let’s not be so serious all the time! Having fun with the work you do can invigorate you and your team while you captivate and attract clients.Consider gathering your favorite clients for a pickle ball contest or harvest party. Create a reward system for client testimonials or new connections. Explore cool marketing strategies that standout, such as interactive online property tours of your listings or entertaining, educational social media campaigns.

Don’t forget to make time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation outside of work too like a walk in nature or hitting some golf balls!

Refresh Your Environment
The environment you work in can significantly impact productivity and creativity. Clear out the clutter in your office/work space! Bring in elements that inspire you and your team. Add some plants, a throw or scented candles. Play soft, instrumental music or hang art or quotes that motivate and energize you.

Refresh Your Opportunity
Keep learning and growing in a market and world that is ever-changing. Turn down the noise and confusion out there and tune in to elevating your skills and knowledge. Commit to moving forward as a true professional and a good human.Look for different ways to deliver value, deepen relationships and provide world-class service.
